10 Yrs In Prison for Danish Couple Who Sell Marijuana to Help People With Cancer

A Danish couple is facing up to 10 years in prison for providing marijuana to people with cancer and other medical ailments. Although the husband has admitted his guilt, his wife denies any wrongdoing.

In an article today 06.10.2016 RT writtes: Claus ‘Moffe’ Nielsen, who was arrested with his wife on Tuesday, told Danish tabloid BT that he wanted to supply ill Danes with cannabis to provide them with relief from their ailments.

Nielsen said he realized the medical benefits of cannabis when he began taking edible marijuana products for his osteoarthritis. He said he was always aware his dealings were illegal, and that he might be arrested one day.

“It should be laboratory technicians, chemists and doctors who [sell cannabis products] under controlled conditions. I’m no trained expert, but I have some principles and I stand by them,” he said.

Nielsen’s attorney, Erbil Kaya, said his client “hasn’t hidden the fact that what he does, and he knew it was illegal. That’s why he has admitted his guilt. But he hasn’t done it to make money and be a criminal mastermind. He has done it in broad daylight and been open and honest about it.”

Nielsen’s wife, however, has denied any involvement in the dealing drugs.

Both are being charged under Denmark’s narcotics laws and, if found guilty, they could face a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.

The couple’s initial court appearance was held behind closed doors, despite the defendants’ desire to have the case shared with the public.

“The public is aware of this case so there is nothing secret about it and he has spoken out about his business. There is also a documentary being made about him, so there is nothing to hide as far as he is concerned,” Kaya said.

The attorney went on to state that Nielsen sells cannabis to help sick people, as well as to put pressure on the government to change its outlook on medical cannabis. His clients include those with cancer, sclerosis, and fibromyalgia.

Legalization of cannabis for medical and recreational purposes has been widely debated in Denmark in recent months. In August, the Region of Southern Denmark agreed to move forward on a plan that would see it become the first in the country to prescribe marijuana for medicinal use. Information Newspaper also reported over the summer that Health Minister Sophie Løhde is considering a four-year countrywide trial program.

Eighty-eight percent of Danes support the legalization of cannabis for medicinal use, according to a June Gallup poll. Other surveys have shown a narrow majority in favor of legalizing marijuana for recreational use.

In 2014, several Danish parties signed an agreement to earmark funding for “research projects on pain relief, including the use of medicinal cannabis.” Although several political parties support the legalization of cannabis, the country’s three largest parties remain opposed.

LEAKED VIDEO – OBAMA: “I am saddened that whites are still superior…”

Never before seen video provided exclusively to Infowars shows President Barack Obama complaining about white privilege during a 1990 trip to Kenya.

The footage, filmed and narrated by Obama’s sister Auma, shows the president on his first trip to Kenya as a young man in his 20s. Michelle Obama also accompanied her husband on the trip.

 on Infowars reports:

President whines about white privilege in newly uncovered 1990 footage

Crowdfunding platform WeSearchr provided the video exclusively to Infowars.

Obama says in the film: “I’m deeply saddened by a sense that whites are still superior in this country, in some sense, that if you sit at a restaurant, they’re served before a Kenyan is served. If you go through customs, a white person is going to have an easier time going through customs.”

Obama also warns that “things could explode at any point” as a result of the resentment black Kenyans have towards white people.

At one point in the movie Obama says he has “a lot at stake” in building “a strong black country in Kenya.”

Elsewhere, the footage shows white and Asian tourists visiting poor Kenyan villagers, a sight that offends Obama, who refused to join them on the tour according to his sister.

“These strangers move about our country as a matter of course, with disturbing confidence,” she states in the video, complaining that her people “are being exhibited” for the entertainment of the tourists.

Obama’s 1990 comments are fascinating given the fact that his presidency has been tainted by some of the worst race relations in America for decades, fueled by police shootings and riots in Ferguson, Baltimore and Charlotte.

“The film is full of insights into Barack Obama’s psychology and worldview, especially with regards to the way he sees his family in Kenya and black-white race relations,” said WeSearchr’s Chuck Johnson, adding, “How much of a black nationalist do you think Obama is? What do you think he thinks of white people?”

Obama’s remarks in the video will provide further ammunition for his critics, who claim that the president has used the office to stoke racial division, especially given his sympathies towards ‘Black Lives Matter’, a group whose ideological inspiration is a convicted cop killer on the FBI’s ‘Most Wanted Terrorists’ list.

Exclusive: Yahoo Secretly Scanned Users’ Emails For The NSA and FBI

Yahoo Inc last year secretly built a custom software program to search all of its customers’ incoming emails for specific information provided by U.S. intelligence officials, according to people familiar with the matter.

By Nerti U. Qatja@VOP_Today

Reuters reports: The company complied with a classified U.S. government directive, scanning hundreds of millions of Yahoo Mail accounts at the behest of the National Security Agency or FBI, said two former employees and a third person apprised of the events.

Some surveillance experts said this represents the first case to surface of a U.S. Internet company agreeing to a spy agency’s demand by searching all arriving messages, as opposed to examining stored messages or scanning a small number of accounts in real time.

It is not known what information intelligence officials were looking for, only that they wanted Yahoo to search for a set of characters. That could mean a phrase in an email or an attachment, said the sources, who did not want to be identified.

Reuters was unable to determine what data Yahoo may have handed over, if any, and if intelligence officials had approached other email providers besides Yahoo with this kind of request.

According to the two former employees, Yahoo Chief Executive Marissa Mayer’s decision to obey the directive roiled some senior executives and led to the June 2015 departure of Chief Information Security Officer Alex Stamos, who now holds the top security job at Facebook Inc.”Yahoo is a law abiding company, and complies with the laws of the United States,” the company said in a brief statement in response to Reuters questions about the demand. Yahoo declined any further comment.

Through a Facebook spokesman, Stamos declined a request for an interview.

The NSA referred questions to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, which declined to comment.

The demand to search Yahoo Mail accounts came in the form of a classified directive sent to the company’s legal team, according to the three people familiar with the matter.

U.S. phone and Internet companies are known to have handed over bulk customer data to intelligence agencies. But some former government officials and private surveillance experts said they had not previously seen either such a broad directive for real-time Web collection or one that required the creation of a new computer program.

“I’ve never seen that, a wiretap in real time on a ‘selector,'” said Albert Gidari, a lawyer who represented phone and Internet companies on surveillance issues for 20 years before moving to Stanford University this year. A selector refers to a type of search term used to zero in on specific information.

“It would be really difficult for a provider to do that,” he added.

Experts said it was likely that the NSA or FBI had approached other Internet companies with the same demand, since they evidently did not know what email accounts were being used by the target. The NSA usually makes requests for domestic surveillance through the FBI, so it is hard to know which agency is seeking the information.

Reuters was unable to confirm whether the 2015 demand went to other companies, or if any complied.

Alphabet Inc’s Google and Microsoft Corp, two major U.S. email service providers, did not respond to requests for comment.

CHALLENGING THE NSA

Under laws including the 2008 amendments to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, intelligence agencies can ask U.S. phone and Internet companies to provide customer data to aid foreign intelligence-gathering efforts for a variety of reasons, including prevention of terrorist attacks.

Disclosures by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden and others have exposed the extent of electronic surveillance and led U.S. authorities to modestly scale back some of the programs, in part to protect privacy rights.

Companies including Yahoo have challenged some classified surveillance before the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, a secret tribunal.

Some FISA experts said Yahoo could have tried to fight last year’s directive on at least two grounds: the breadth of the demand and the necessity of writing a special program to search all customers’ emails in transit.

Apple Inc made a similar argument earlier this year when it refused to create a special program to break into an encrypted iPhone used in the 2015 San Bernardino massacre. The FBI dropped the case after it unlocked the phone with the help of a third party, so no precedent was set.

Other FISA experts defended Yahoo’s decision to comply, saying nothing prohibited the surveillance court from ordering a search for a specific term instead of a specific account. So-called “upstream” bulk collection from phone carriers based on content was found to be legal, they said, and the same logic could apply to Web companies’ mail.

As tech companies become better at encrypting data, they are likely to face more such requests from spy agencies.

Former NSA General Counsel Stewart Baker said email providers “have the power to encrypt it all, and with that comes added responsibility to do some of the work that had been done by the intelligence agencies.”

GREAT NEWS: The New Cannabis Capsule Is So Powerful It Can Replace Any Pain Killer

People around the world are becoming increasingly aware of natural remedies and alternative medicine.

However, this does not change the attitude of Big Pharma to enforce their drugs on a open-mouthed public despite their numerous and well documented, harsh side-effects.

Organic And Healthy Reports: The almighty health benefits of cannabis are becoming increasingly accepted in mainstream society and are being bolstered by numerous recent studies.

The Foria Relief Company has even invented a vaginal suppository, based on aromatic cocoa butter, which is a perfect substitution for Vicodin, Midol, and Ibuprofen. It effectively treats menstrual cramps by relaxing the muscles. Additionally, it does not lead to psychotropic property.

It is produced from pesticide and additive-free cannabis. Therefore, their active ingredients are used in a process without microbials and are combined with exact doses; 60 mg of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and 10 mg of cannabidiol (CBD).

The pain is blocked by the THC, which inhabits the pleasure areas to the brains cannabinoid system. CBD relaxes the muscles, treats the spasms, and has a favorable effect on inflammatory mechanisms within the body.

According to a woman who tried the vaginal suppository, it relaxed her clenched and cramped muscles and soothed the pain in her midriff. She explained that she felt the area below the waist to the thighs “as if floating in some other galaxy”.

Yet, this amazing remedy is only sold in California and is still not approved by the FDA. However, if you decide to use it, make sure you consult your doctor beforehand, even though there have been no complaints from people who have tried it.

Assange: WikiLeaks Will Publish all US Election Docs by Nov. 8

WikiLeaks will release documents on the US presidential elections before November 8, the group’s founder, Julian Assange, said in an eagerly anticipated address via videolink at the Volksbuhne Theater in Berlin to mark WikiLeaks’ 10th anniversary.

RT Reports: WikiLeaks hopes to be publishing documents “every week for the next 10 weeks,” Assange said.

Assange also promised to publish about a million documents related to at least three governments before the end of 2016, saying that the organization is evolving and planning to expand its collaboration with media outlets beyond the 100 it is already working with.

Assange hinted at some changes in WikiLeaks’ funding and organization.

He also denied that any of WikiLeaks’ publications are aimed at damaging the image of US presidential candidate Hilary Clinton, saying that some of his statements in this regard had been misquoted.

“WikiLeaks has released 10 million documents over 10 years. That’s 10 billion words, averaging 3,000 docs a day,” said the WikiLeaks founder.

According to Assange, the documents released or to be released by the organization “are revealing, but also the government/state reactions to the releases are revealing also.”

Assange also promised to release documents on war, oil, Google, and mass surveillance.

He called on his followers to join the newly-founded WikiLeaks Task Force in order to “help defend WikiLeaks against attacks.”

“There are a number of interesting revelations that will be coming out. We believe that our work is informing the public and ensuring that they can get access to this information so that they can understand the world around, including their leaders,”

Sarah Harrison, a WikiLeaks editor and Assange’s adviser, told RT.

WikiLeaks is celebrating its 10th anniversary on Tuesday. The project, which aims to expose government and corporate secrets, has evolved from an obscure citizen journalism site to a global phenomenon headed by an embassy-harbored fugitive.

Among WikiLeaks’ releases have been documents detailing American military equipment deployed in Afghanistan and Iraq and operational procedures for dealing with terror suspects at the Guantanamo Bay detention facility.

October Surprise: WikiLeaks’ Assange Promises, ‘We Have More Material’ On Hillary!

There is some significant information to be released within the next WikiLeaks batch of Hillary Clinton emails. Unofficial Trump adviser Roger Stone expounds on how this next release just might bring Clinton to her knees:

He said that in Julian Assange’s next release, “he has reason to believe the Clinton Foundation scandals will surface to keep Bill and Hillary from returning to the White House.” (per WND.com)

Fox News asked Assange how this batch will be different from the one in July, which caused DNC Chairman Debbie Wasserman Schultz to resign.

“I don’t want to give it away,” Assange responded coyly, “But it’s a variety of documents, from different types of institutions that are associated with the election campaign, some quite unexpected angles, some quite interesting, some even entertaining.”

Just like the teaser in your latest horror movie, this new batch has the potential to have some rather eye-opening stuff.

Besides what Stone has already indicated, Assange promised this batch will have Hillary’s communications to Clinton henchwomen Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin.

Much as Judicial Watch’s release of 725 pages of emails indicated information the Obama administration considered too sensitive to release, Assange claims the emails contain information perhaps damaging enough to cause Hillary to be indicted.

According to Stone, Clinton will be probably be “put in jail for selling State Department ‘official acts’ in exchange for contributions to the Clinton Foundation and as a reward for Clinton Foundation donors becoming clients of Teneo, the consulting firm started by Bill Clinton’s White House ‘body man’ Doug Band.”

Capping it off, Stone said, “The Democrats are right to fear Assange’s next email drops will be devastating to Hillary.”

Hopefully, Assange will serve as the “smoking gun” that will not only derail the Hildabeast’s presidential hopes, but also make those “Hillary For Prison” signs come to fruition.
